FAQ’s

Care Instructions

To prolong the life of your purchases, please hand wash fabric products in warm water with mild detergent and dry flat.
We do not recommend machine washing or tumble drying.

To prevent premature ageing and fading of our leather products, we recommend you regularly apply a leather moisturising conditioner.
Marks should be spot dabbed.  Machine wash or tumble drying is NOT recommended.

 

Colours

We endeavour to photograph and display our products as close to the actual colour as possible but please note that differences in computer screens may account for slight colour variations.

Coupons

Coupons or discount vouchers can not be used on sale items unless otherwise stated.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Square and PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Within Australia

All orders are shipped through Australia Post (Signature on Receipt).  We will notify you via email when your item has been dispatched.

Items are dispatched within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

We also offer Express Post as an option.  This option can be selected during the checkout process.

International Delivery

For international delivery, please contact us and we will quote the delivery fee.  Please note that international postal charges do not include any taxes and duties that may be applied by customs in the country where the order is being delivered.  The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed, will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind

We hope that you love your Opakuma purchase.  However, in the event that you change your mind, we would be happy to provide an exchange within 14 days of receipt.  Please contact us at info@opakuma.com with your order number and purchase date to organise the return. Any shipping costs incurred for change of mind will not be refunded.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Faulty items

We pride ourselves on a very high standard of quality assurance, but in the rare event that an item is faulty, please contact us at info@opakuma.com providing us with a photograph of the faulty item (if possible) specifying the fault, the order number and when the item was purchased.  We will then happily organise a refund or replacement.  If the item is sold out and a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund via your original payment method to the value of the item.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If for any reason, the item you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will contact you and offer you a replacement or issue a refund via your original payment method.
